Baked Parmesan Meatballs

1 lb. ground beef
¾ C. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced (or ¼ tsp. garlic powder)

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into 10 2-inch meatballs. Place in foil-lined pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
